1. Change Your "Send From" to the Founder's Name

This is so simple it's ridiculous. Instead of sending from "Company XYZ" or worse, "[email protected]" – use the founder's actual name.

Why it works: It breaks the pattern interrupt of what everyone else is doing. Your email doesn't look like marketing – it looks like a personal message from someone important.

2. Send a Plain Text Email with Real Company Updates
